When can I pick up my badge and check-in for the conference?

Check-in and badge collection will take place at the Edge Convention Center during the hours below. 

•    Sunday, 22 March – 12:00 – 18:00

•    Monday, 23 March – 6:00 – 13:30

•    Tuesday, 24 March – 6:00 – 18:00

•    Wednesday, 25 March – 6:00 – 18:00

•    Thursday, 26 March – 6:00 – 12:00

Check-in will consist of two steps: First, you will check-in with IMNHC 2026 staff to confirm your ticket, pick up your conference lanyard and badge, and conference bag. Second, you will check-in with the Government of Kenya to ensure your security accreditation there has been processed. Note that you will receive TWO badges which must be visible to enter the conference venue. Please remember to bring your government-issued ID with you to check-in. 

Please note that IMNHC 2026 is sold out and here will be no on-site registration available. If you have not already confirmed your ticket, you will be unable to attend the conference.
