What is the cancellation policy for my ticket?

If you need to cancel your ticket for a partial refund, you may do so by first cancelling your ticket in Dryfta, and then contacting information@imnhc.org to request a refund.

Please note: You are eligible for a 50% refund if cancelled by 23:59 ET on 9 February 2026. No refunds will be issued on or after 10 February 2026.
